Frédéric Allali

Professional experience

After numerous years of practice, it has become crucial for me to view a firm as composed of clients instead of cases.

My practice has transformed over the years, and my main goal is mastering civil, administrative and criminal proceedings, and becoming an expert in damage management.

I have exercised my trade at the heart of litigation since the very beginning. I then expanded my proficiency into other areas of law.

I ensure that each of my clients, individual or professional, feels confident that he will receive the necessary advice and legal follow-up pertinent to a personalized assistance. Establishing a strategy is always my first priority when I take on a case – aiming for a rapid solution by considering all alternatives to avoid litigation.

I have built a strong team, capable of responding to worries and preoccupations and inform our clientele on all aspects of submitted cases in a transparent and confidential way. This approach relieves some of the burden of litigation, making it more bearable.

The trust bestowed upon me by businessmen and their families is a great source of satisfaction in the firm’s growth.

Me Frédéric Allali was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1992.

“The key to success is to maintain personal, close and reactive relations.
