To access this 32,338 m² plot of land, upon arriving in Le Canadel, take the Route de la Môle, which, after approximately 3 km of zigzagging, joins the Route des Crêtes. The upper part of the land is accessed via a fire road (N°24CCFM).
The lower part of the grounds can also be accessed via a firepath laid out in 1989.
This land belongs to an investor. It has an area of 32,338 m², located in the territory of the commune of Rayol-Canadel in the place called "Foulade Haut", appearing in the land registry under parcel number 2590.
This land is shown in the 1979 land use plan as a forest zone ND.
Located on the hill overlooking Canadel beach, it is adjacent on its western slope to a plot of equal size which now belongs to the state and with which it enjoys a common easement access at the southern end.
As the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU) currently stands, this land is unbuildable. It is planted with cork oak trees.
However, its exceptional location on one of the few hills on the coast that remains untouched to this day makes it possible to consider that it will become buildable when the land use plan (POS) is amended.
