Maître Nicolas Flachet von Campe is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. With over three decades of professional experience, he focuses mainly on international business law and regurarly advises foreign lawyers, companies, and private clients - particurarly from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, the Middle East and Asia, on legal matters involving France.

His areas of expertise include corporate law, international taxation, estate planning, air law, contract law as well as the cross-border civil and crilinal litigation.He frequently represents clients before French courts and has extensive experience in urgent and interlocutory proceedings, including asset-freezing measures and complex injunctive relief as Mareva.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Flachet von Campe has an extensive academic career. He has served for many years as a lecturing assistant at leading universities and institutions in France and abroad, including in the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His teaching covers French civil and commercial law, constitutional law, and international trade law.
